CS Amitava Banerjee has 17 years of rich industry experience with brands like ITC Limited, Moser Baer, Isolux Corsan, CII, Vaish Advocates, Grant Thornton and National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG), a PPP by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), GoI. He is a qualified Company Secretary, LLB, M. Com, B. Com, and holds a diploma in Business laws from NUJS, Kolkata. He is also an eligible Independent Director under the mandate of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). He has authored books on Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance and Directors published by Thomson Reuters, Taxmann Publications and Wolters Kluwer. An avid reader and passionate about Corporate Governance and allied reforms he serves as Guest faculty at various institutions of repute. He joins OMRISE Research Group as an OMRISE Researcher.
Shakila Jagdat is a Bachelor’s student in the Theology and Religious Studies program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. At the same time as a Management Assistant, she supports Research managers and departments at TNO, the Netherlands Organisation for applied scientific research.
She studied Karm Kaand for Pandita in 2000 at Stichting Shri Sanatan Dharam Sabha Shri Ram Mandir.
For the HBO-bachelor Social Work, she has obtained the HBO Propaedeutic certificate. At Secondary Economic and Administrative Education (MEAO) she studied as a Management assistant. As the mother of 4 sons with her Hindu background and the current study, she focuses on Identity, Mind Management, Change management on a spiritual level.
