Yoga for Business by Art of Living

The well-being of professionals is crucial for the success and resilience of organizations. Yet, in a
world that is becoming increasingly dynamic and complex, it is precisely this well-being that is
under more pressure.
Employees are experiencing ever-increasing pressure to produce faster and more. As a result,
stress has now become a ‘normal’ part of the work environment. Employees and managers alike
experience increasing stress regardless of salary level or job status. Consequences like stress
complaints, burnouts and insomnia occur in almost one in four employees. And that is a rapidly
growing cost item for organizations. That is why wellbeing is now high on the agenda of many
organizations. The Art of Living 17 has developed a program 18 that focuses on enhancing individual
well-being and team effectiveness.
The program was personally developed ten years ago by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to enable individuals
to excel within organizations. The program is based on innovative breathing techniques,
mindfulness techniques and other processes. With this, participants learn how to permanently
reduce stress and increase their mental clarity and awareness.

The message of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and his organization Art of Living is: ‘Taking our lives to the next level and living life to the fullest‘.

  1. Founded in 1981 by peace ambassador and spiritual master Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Art of Living is a movement committed to a stress-free and non-violent society worldwide. And according to Art of Living that starts with the individual. Because those who are free from stress and who know inner peace convey this to their environment. As a peace ambassador, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar was involved, among other things, in peace negotiations in Sri Lanka and in Colombia with the Farq.
