Dear all,
We are delighted to share the sixth issue of OM RISE Magazine with you. For this issue, the theme is Managing VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). VUCA can be felt at an individual level as well as in organisations and society at large. Some experience VUCA as crisis and may lose their perspective whereas some may see it as an opportunity and thereby develop hope and attune well to uncertainty. Many authors have shared their views and experiences on this theme.
Additionally, as in previous issues, some useful links, conference and books announcements are provided. We hope you will enjoy and be inspired to apply some of the insights gained.

(Bhartṛhari Nītiśatakam, 27)
The mediocre kind of people don’t start a good deed fearing the obstacles in it. Average people start a good deed but abandon it when they encounter an obstacle. The strongest people start deeds and persist even in the face of many obstacles.
